Quadra Plast is proud to announce the acquisition of a new CNC machining unit dedicated to producing and refining extrusion tooling. This investment strengthens our ability to support custom profile development with faster turnaround times, greater precision, and increased flexibility.

Faster development for custom profiles

With this new CNC, we can now:

• manufacture specialized dies and tooling in-house

• significantly reduce development timelines

• quickly modify or optimize tooling based on customer requirements

• respond more efficiently to OEM and custom-profile requests

This added capability allows us to accelerate prototype development, improve iterations, and offer faster deployment for full-scale production.
